Helping Hand Scholarship - In Memory of Jacqueline James

Awarded to a second or third-year student currently enrolled full-time in a Ministry approved post-secondary program with a minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point average who is a sole support parent of Afro-Caribbean and/or Afro-Canadian heritage and who has demonstrated that pursuing post-secondary education and being involved in her community has made them a better parent.
