Awarded to five full-time students enrolled in the second semester of the Culinary Management (1811/1822/1861), Culinary Skills (1812/1862), Food and Beverage Management ? Restaurant Operations (1808/1848/1868), and Hospitality Skills (1819/1869) programs, who have demonstrated a sincere interest in pursuing a career in Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts, and possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
